Jason has been studying personal, professional and leadership development for over 20 years. Professional adversity in his early 20s challenged him to rethink how he was doing things and after some self reflection and personal development he created his "By 30" vision; that by the age of 30 he would be teaching, training, coaching and speaking.
His roles as a business coach, business owner, diversity trainer and leadership and talent development manager has given him unique experiences and perspectives with people and business. Over the last several years he travelled across the United States supporting leaders and managers to enhance their emotional, social and leadership intelligence. Today he does speaking, training and business development with TRACOM Group, the Social Intelligence Company.
